Biggest costco in town. Has the most products, so this is my go to grocery every month! Friendly staff, clean environment, fresh produce.

They got great assortment of goods, now that they put the face cream in a separate aisle a lot of people just chill there.
This place is always so bz I wish I could come in even earlier to avoid the crowds. Recently just got this appliance deal with nice otc range and stove combo!

Crazy insanely busy. After the labor day long weekend you would think it would slow down? Nope! The entire population of Tokyo was jammed pack into this small undersized Costco. You'd think that Costco having been inoperation globally for decades would have learned how to 1) improve their parking nightmare, they also need traffic control, 2) improve efficiency of customers entering into their store, 3) improve the way for customers to efficiently pay merchandise. Customer traffic control is also needed. The pandemic is over. Why can't Costco hire more staff to deal with the massive insane number of customers here? 4) improve the efficiency of your food court. Under staffed.5) improve rate of re-stocking your merchandise. You run out so quickly!6) improve exiting your store. Hire more staff to validate the bill to the purchases. Again under staffed! Costco is clearly making profits, especially at the Still Creek location. Give back to the community and hire more staff. Is your new Costco at Queensborough going to reduce the volume of customers coming to your Still Creek location. Oh yeah. Also your food court needs a megaphone so that when your staff announce an order #, it can be more easily heard. Do you have any idea how noisy it is at this location when there are so many customers? Please action concerns asap, as your customers have been very patient with you. I pray that your headquarters people get this message. Oh wait, isn't your HQ located at Still Creek?

I want to give a big thank you to the Costco food court staff! They were incredibly helpful with my large order for our church Carnival. Even though the order was big , they prepared everything in about 45 minutes and made the whole process so easy. The staff were kind, organized, and very professional. We truly appreciate their great service!
