’ve been going to Lancaster Auto and Tire in Burlington for all my mechanic needs for the last 16 years, and my father has been a loyal customer for over 25. That kind of trust doesn’t come easy, but they’ve earned it time and time again.
This is a true local, family-owned shop run by great people who genuinely care about their customers. Over the years, they’ve worked on all of our vehicles — from small repairs to bigger jobs — and every single time the service has been honest, professional, and done right. I’ve never once had to second-guess their work or their advice.
It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully rely on, but Lancaster has been exactly that for my family. They treat you with respect, explain things clearly, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my vehicles.

They have fast service and great accommodations. They even offer free coffee inside. Julie is very nice to talk to, and they always do their best to fit your schedule.

I was searching for OEM size and performance characteristics for my 1998 Mustang SVT Cobra. My current project is to bring this vehicle back to showroom specs. The team at Lancaster understood my requirements and a timely quote was provided online. Great prices! I brought my 27 year old OEM rims that have been stored for 21 years. Before I arrived to the showroom in Burlington, I was concerned they may not have the same concerns I had with handling them with kid gloves. Sometimes when im having a bad day I pray that my car has an issue... Why? Its so I can take it to the team at Lancaster Auto. The people here are amazing, honest and transparent. They dont force you to do anything, they make recommendations that make sense for your vehicle and your situation. Every time I got a call from Chris to tell me what needed to be done he was patient with me and would often say to think about it if I needed to. Chris and the Team restore my faith in humanity.... I have and will continue to take any vehicle I have here.
