I would like to share my experience in a clear and honest manner. I previously owned a 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 and visited this dealership for a rear shock absorber repair. Unfortunately, the repair process did not meet my expectations, and the issue was not properly resolved, which resulted in dissatisfaction at the time. As a result, I decided to trade in the vehicle on the spot and proceeded with the purchase of a brand-new Mercedes-AMG CLE 53. Following this, through the professional follow-up and involvement of Yashar Amirvar (Customer Service Manager), the concerns related to the repair were carefully reviewed and resolved in a manner that largely compensated for the costs I had previously incurred for the repair of the vehicle. Throughout this process, Maya Ghaderi (Floor Manager) and Reza Mahmoudi (Salesperson) were also highly supportive and cooperative, which played an important role in managing the situation effectively. The level of care, patience, and logical approach demonstrated by this team left a strong and positive impression on me. As a result, less than 45 days later, I decided to purchase a second vehicle from this dealership — a brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLC 300. In less than two months, I purchased both a Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 and a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from this location.
