From the moment we walked into the Dodge Dealership, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The entire team provided excellent service, but I especially want to highlight Kim at the front desk. She greeted us with the biggest smile and instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Kim was incredibly kind, attentive and made sure everything we needed was handled smoothly, which took so much stress off our shoulders. That personal touch made a huge difference and truly set the tone for our whole experience. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such warmth and care. We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be back! Highly recommend!

I was into Summerside Chrysler Dodge on January 28 2026 for service to my Dodge Ram and was completely satisfied with the quality of service I received. Kim Richard at the front counter went over and beyond my expectations. She greeted me with a friendly and welcoming posture. Directed me to the correct service staff to manage my needs. Offered me coffee and cookies and arranged for my transportation back to my place of origin. On top of all of this Kim extended me an invitation to bring my 7 year old Grandson back for a complementary Ice Cream Sunday. My grandsons highlight of the day. All around excellent service, everyone is so friendly and helpful and always asking if you need anything . Fresh coffee and friendly conversation while waiting for my oil change too and may have snuck a cookie in there too.

The staff are incredibly attentive and always make sure my needs are always met when I am there for a service appointment, picking up a part or just chatting with Bill on new RAM trucks that are coming in. Definitely recommend Summerside Chrysler Dodge.
