First time walking in a Canadian Tire, equivalent to an Ace Hardware I think. There was a sales person by the front door greeting everyone and assist in product selection. Very nice service from him.

Shenaz is a very polite and friendly cashier. She greets customers warmly, works quickly, and handles transactions accurately. Her positive attitude makes the shopping experience pleasant. Great customer service — always helpful and respectful. Highly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brought 8 bags of white garden rocks, they didnt stay white after 10 mins of rain, showed them pictures, they would only reimburse me for 2 bags and the manager had the audacity to say that how do I know that these are not just random pictures. Always shop for such stuff at home depot or rona or costco, Would never shop at this location again, canadian tire should train thier staff some customer service skills, specifically the manager at the Windsor Huron church location, also reviews on the Canadian tires website are moderated, they won't let me post over there, the website rejects it.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Canadian Tire Auto Service – University Plaza (Windsor). I booked multiple appointments to repair an oil leak on my 2012 Honda Odyssey. Staff member Drew repeatedly failed to order required parts despite confirming he would, provided inconsistent information, and caused me to waste time and take time off work. On one visit, after leaving my vehicle all day, no work was completed. When I followed up, Angel’s (another worst Auto representative) tone was rude and dismissive both on the phone and in person. I was told to “go & call the manager” if I wasn’t satisfied. Messages left for management were never returned. This location for Auto service demonstrates poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customers’ time. As a long-time customer, this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I cannot recommend this auto service location.

Very disappointing experience with this Canadian Tire location. After waiting two weeks for follow-up, customer service (Laura) informed me that my case was closed, and the store manager never returned my call. Only in email communication, customer service stated that a loaner battery had been offered and declined, which is not true. No loaner battery was ever offered to me. This was a misrepresentation of what actually occurred. Also like to mention that the staff were dismissive and told me not to return if I was unhappy with their service. They also claimed it was “normal” for all batteries to need a jump in cold weather, which is simply not accurate. I had provided my $20 core refund receipt and clearly explained that store surveillance footage would show my battery was taken between approximately 3:23 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. on December 31, 2025. Despite this, customer service Laura said they could not help and advised me to return to the store where the staff were dismissive. ———— For context, I purchased the battery in 2023, and it is still covered under a 3-year free replacement warranty. Over the past two months, the battery has died four times, especially in cold weather. When I raised this concern, staff dismissed it, saying my other vehicle doesn’t have this issue only because it is newer, rather than properly investigating the battery. The store said they could not test the battery immediately and would need 24 hours, but they did not explain how the warranty replacement process would work. I only received the refundable $20 core deposit, with no meaningful assistance. Being told “don’t come back if you don’t like it” is unacceptable. The written warranty was not honored, and the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience reflects very poorly on Canadian Tire’s customer service
