Terrible experience at Canadian Tire Garage!!!!
I took my car for an oil change, and a week later noticed the engine under cover (splash shield) was missing. When I went back, they found it in the garage damaged, and never reinstalled!
The manager refused to take responsibility and fix their mess.
If you care about your car’s safety and proper service, avoid this garage!!!!
TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPONSIBILITY!

Canadian tire has lost it edge, I don't really find a reason to shop there anymore. And the new location in town is better stocked and is a nicer store overall

The car service is slow, you can litteraly see them not working on your car. Their explanation being other cars are coming in and the mechanic needs to do check ups on them. Is there only one mechanic for multiple cars? Makes you wonder what the other employees are meant to be doing. Take an appointement on a free day or save your money and go somewhere else.

It's been like that for a few years now, but shopping at this place feels out of place.
That's mainly because the stock is always out of season. For example I couldn't get Halloween decorations but only Christmas oddities in October.
The alleys are so cramped up with goods that you barely can circulate or even shopping since you're always blocking someone else when you stop walking. It feels like the manager in charge has hoarding issues, really.
And don't dare shopping online. Their website is lagging, the products are often not in stock when shown otherwise, you receive parts of what asked for and so on.
The cherry on the cake is that clerk always waiting for you at the entrance enticing you to subscribe you to a new credit card.
An awful place really... If only I could stop going there for good 😅
