I went to Canadian Tire, on Confederation today when I discovered that my windshield washer fluid was bone dry. The service was excellent, including asking a staff member for recommended product, as well as the pleasant lady at the till. 😄

Dropped off my vehicle at 4 for tire change. Nobody calls back, when i came back at closing time by my own. Guy was like sorry we have 20 cars we can’t done your car today you can take it in Monday and my car was untouch. Poor service

I dropped my car off at 11am and had said I was from out of town. I waited until 4:40 with no word so I came back to check. After reiterating that I was from out of town and then got my car in. Michael the technician was awesome, solved the issue super fast and even showed me what was wrong and how I could fix it in the future! Other than waiting all day for what was ultimately a quick fix I am a happy gal!

Spent over $2000 to get my vehicle fixed. Brought it home the same day and it’s still breaking down would not recommend coming here. Would give zero stars if I could.

They do OK work when your vehicle is new, but if it's older they'll 1) only look at what the computer tells them and be unable to find parts, even if the spec is available widely online, 2) make you buy your own parts, and 3) bend your body panels while doing repairs. 😑
