Any company can sell a product, but really good companies provide great service. I went to Canadian Tire with an urgent problem. The young gentleman at service dept was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Canadian Tire location.

A big store, where you buy everything in reasonable price. I love it

I try to shop local, but the service at this store is abysmal. I purchased an item online for pickup and ended up waiting at customer service for 20 minutes for it to be brought to the front. I could have purchased it and been out of the store in five minutes. That was before Christmas so I thought I would give them another chance. Yesterday evening I purchased an item online for pickup today. The item was in stock and there was no problem ordering it. Today I received an email saying sorry we don’t have any. I understand the point of this service is to compete with Amazon and Walmart, but when your service just disappoints why bother. Back to Amazon for me. Shopping local just brings frustration.

Hello, everyone. Today, I would like to tell you a wonderful story about “excellent service technicians and problem solvers.” This spring, I decided to order new wheels with lug nuts for my car and have them installed there. I made an appointment and arrived early, but it turned out that the appointment didn't matter at all, and they only started working on the car a couple of hours before closing time. Oh well. They managed to change the tires at the end of the day. But six months later, imagine my surprise when I found 19 nuts in the bag with the original nuts. Oh well, I thought. Apparently, the guys were in a hurry and miscounted, and one nut rolled away somewhere. When I arrived at the service center today, I got the answer, “That can't be, we can sell you a new set.” Great problem solving, guys. It's a penny matter, but making me look like a fool left a wonderful impression on me. Yes, I spent a measly 10 and bought a new nut, but at a price of 8.85, you lost my loyalty, and I hope I won't have to work with you again. P.S. Always check that you have all your items before leaving the service center, even if the employee begs you to leave quickly because their working hours are coming to an end.

I had my vehicle to Canadian Tire North Albert service centre in regina and overall had a good experience with them. They helped diagnose and ultimately replace a block heater and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
