I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus IS500 Ultimate Edition from Tony Graham Lexus, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Before connecting with this dealership, I was dealing with several locations in both the U.S. and Montreal. Unfortunately, those experiences left a bad taste in my mouth — from markups over MSRP to forced accessories and unnecessary add-ons just to secure the vehicle. It was frustrating and disappointing. Then I connected with Yan Ma (Sales Associate) and David Tran (General Sales Manager) — and everything changed. Most of my transaction was handled remotely, and between Yan and David (truly a dream team), the entire process was seamless. There were no pressure tactics, no upselling, and no games. My requests were straightforward, and they met me every step of the way with professionalism and transparency. David went above and beyond in several ways: I needed the vehicle transported to Mississauga, and they handled it without issue. I was out of town and unable to take delivery immediately — they held the car for an entire month without hesitation. The IS500 Ultimate Edition comes with a diecast model, which Canadians technically didn’t qualify for. David personally followed up with Lexus Corporate and Lexus USA to see if an exception could be made. That level of advocacy is rare. Yan was equally exceptional: She came in on her day off to personally deliver the vehicle. That alone speaks volumes. I had ordered illuminated door sills as an accessory. Before installing them, she called me and sent photos, explaining that what I already had looked better — saving me from a decision I likely would have regretted. That honesty meant a lot. She structured the financial side of the deal exactly how I wanted it and provided thoughtful guidance throughout. She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a master of her craft. Even after the sale, their responsiveness and professionalism continued. That’s when you know it’s not just about closing a deal — it’s about building a relationship. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll be recommending Tony Graham Lexus — specifically Yan Ma and David Tran — to everyone I know.

I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and the experience I had at Tony Graham was definitely among the best. I love that you only deal with one person throughout the entire process, unlike most dealers where you have to deal with a salesperson, a sales manger and a finance manager and by the end you’re exhausted from repeating yourself to 3 different people. Special shoutout to my salesperson Tan Vo for all the work he did to make my relatively complicated deal work. He was super patient, always responsive (even during non business hours) and just overall really easy to deal with. When I asked fairly for items to be included in the deal, he always either said yes or met me halfway. I never ever got a flat out “no” and that’s exactly what I look for in a salesperson. He even threw in stuff that he knew I would need at no extra cost. He is obviously looking at the big picture and trying to develop a relationship where a customer will continue to return to see him for future purchases or will refer friends/family. I wish more salespeople worked this way instead of looking at each sale as a one time deal. When I was initially shopping around, I also visited Belair Lexus and the brief experience I had there was significantly inferior to Tony Graham. Thank you to Tan and the Tony Graham team for a great sales experience from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience working with Michael Eng. From start to finish, he did a fantastic job helping me find the right car that truly fit my needs. Michael walked me through each step of the process and made sure understood everything we were discussing. He was extremely responsive with communication, transparent, and honest during negotiations, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Michael again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasant, straightforward, and trustworthy car-buying experience.
