I had an incredible experience with this shop and will be returning for future needs. It had been about 3 days from my first call to having the work completed. I was incredibly pleased with the costumer service as well as the service to my car. Before I had dropped my car off I was feeling weary about driving it at all and now it feels like it did when I first got it. There was no "up-selling", very straight forward and honest.
I would and will recommend this shop to friends and family.

I definitely have to give credit where credit is due. My wife owns a Audi Q5 and I own a BMW 3 series. We both have been going to the dealer paying crazy prices!! Then I found Vanderhyden garage. So glad we did! My wife was experiencing knocking in the front end of her Audi, they were able to accommodate us immediately, and they were extremely friendly and professional. After 30min of dropping off they found the issue and explained in detail options including options to save tons of money!! This is a honest garage that won't ever try and up sell you. They actually care about their customers and long term business and reputation. They managed to find us a part for more than half the cost and had the car ready really fast!!
I was so happy with the service, I brought in my BMW the next day for a scheduled maintenance. And a small issue I was having with my breaks. Again they offered me several options. One of them being just cleaning them up and leaving them at no cost. However I choose to go ahead and replace.
Highly recommended! You have definitely gained a new long term customer in both our cars! Wouldn't go anywhere else. No BS shop!

I took my car to Vanderheyden’s Garage after they suspected the alternator was the issue. I even supplied a brand new alternator, yet they still charged me a steep amount for labour. After the repair, I discovered the alternator wasn’t the problem at all. The real issue was simply a faulty horn, which I replaced myself.
Paying for unnecessary work and misdiagnosis was a frustrating and costly experience. Based on this, I would not recommend Vanderheyden’s Garage.

I loved their service. They were fast and pretty efficient.
The owner and the mechanic who worked on my BMW were excellent.
I was in an emergency and had to drive all the way to New York that day. They really helped me in every way they could and diagnose the issue with my car.
I highly recommend visiting them. I know who I am going to take my car to if I ever have a problem in Canada.
