The staff at Victory Ford went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my new vehicle. I was looking at vehicles on the lot around closing time, not expecting to receive any special service in the circumstances, but they offered for me to take the vehicle for a test drive and processed my purchase on the spot. At the delivery appointment, Dylan was very thorough in his review of the vehicle's tech features. Very happy with the service received, and super happy with my new Ford Bronco.

Tonya is amazing! Her customer service goes above and beyond. I have a closer Lincoln dealership but chose to drive an hour to Chatham and I wasn’t disappointed. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this dealership and especially Tonya!

Needed a new vehicle, so we stopped into Victory Ford for a drive around to see the inventory on hand. Atef Salim was the salesman that not only met us at the door but also opened it to let my wife enter first, "which showed me the respect he has" for people. He seamlessly walked us through all that was involved with the purchase and went over every option on this unit for us. The rest of the Victory Ford team that helped finish off the sale was as professional and polite as Atef is. I personally will be going back to Victory Ford first for our next vehicle.
