Nice clean and welcoming place. The employees are very helpful and very professional. I was served by Vladimir Georgesecu (directeur administratif des ventes). He explaines things clearly and professionally. My purchase of toyota Sienna 2026 went very well. Highly recommend this place. Go and see Vladimir at Toyota Candiac to get your car. 10+ star. I stopped by the dealership just to look around, and Mauro completely changed what I expected from the experience. I wasn’t planning to buy a car that day, but his professionalism, honesty, and genuine approach really stood out. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure, explained every detail clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell Mauro truly cares about helping customers find the right car rather than just making a sale. I visited this Toyota location over the weekend and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. When we arrived, the receptionist was on her phone constantly—scrolling through social media and recording videos. I asked her to help us find a vendor, and she briefly stepped out, then returned saying all vendors were busy and we could either wait or make an appointment. We chose to wait. After some time passed, I asked her for an update. She was again focused on her phone, but she went to speak to the director and came back with the same response: “all vendors are busy.” However, during this time, I clearly saw 2–3 vendors casually talking with the director, and one even took his lunch right in front of us. It was obvious that not everyone was busy. I asked a third time, hoping for some real assistance, but the answer didn’t change. At that point, we decided to leave. This is the first time I’ve experienced such disregard for customers at a Toyota dealership. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made this visit extremely disappointing.
